I am a privileged man to have worked with this elite talent for five years.
Pure Talent – Pure Future
At times, he reminds me of a young Johan Cruyff — that rare
acceleration inside the acceleration,
always with the ball at his feet and full awareness of everything around him.
What you see in this player is not coincidence. It reflects a clear set of football
Principles: intelligence, awareness, bravery on the ball,
clean execution, and the ability to create solutions in tight spaces.
His movement quality is rare. The rhythm-breaking touch, the shift of tempo,
the ability to create space where there is none — these are the signs of
natural, elite-level talent.
My responsibility as a coach is simple:
guide, elevate, and protect talent.
Players make the difference. My role is to help them understand the deeper layers of the game —
how pressure moves, how space appears, and how intelligent timing creates dominance.
With the right structure and environment, a player like this can reach levels
that only a few ever touch — not because he must, but because the qualities
already live within him.
This reflects a clear football philosophy:
structure, dominance, intelligence, and developing players
who think faster than the game itself.
The future is already inside him. Our job is simply to unlock it.

Scouting Profile – Sohaib El Idrissi (False 9)
Developed under my principles
Sohaib El Idrissi represents the modern False 9 or False 10 that clubs increasingly rely on to dominate
central spaces and accelerate play. Under the guidance of Frans Kos, he developed a unique
blend of European positional-play intelligence and dynamic athletic execution.
Key Strengths
- Press-Resistance: Comfortable receiving under pressure and turning in micro-spaces.
- Central Creation: Forms overloads between the lines and manipulates defensive midfielders.
- Acceleration Through the Middle: Times central penetrations that collapse defensive structures.
- Game Reading Intelligence: Anticipates combinations before they unfold; releases runners cleanly.
- Spatial Awareness: High scanning frequency, always one step ahead of pressure.
- Finishing Instinct: Arrives unmarked in zone 14 scoring areas with composure.
Why is he ready for a professional environment?
Sohaib’s attributes translate seamlessly to the professional game level : high-tempo transitions, structured positional play,
and rapid exploitation of central channels. Clubs seeking a False 9 who can connect, accelerate, and create
will find a complete developmental asset in Sohaib — refined and prepared through a clear, priciple-driven dvelopment proces
